At Miles Martial Arts, we offer Taekwon-do and Kickboxing classes tailored to different age groups, accommodating everyone from 3-year-olds to adults. We take pride in fostering a friendly and welcoming environment in all our classes, with highly experienced instructors leading the way. Our Kickboxing instructors are members of TEAM GB, including one who won a bronze medal at last year’s World Championships!
In addition to our weekly classes, we offer holiday camps (often hailed as the best week of the summer—not our words!), seminars, biannual club competitions, and sparring sessions.
We believe that consistency is the key to success, so we encourage students to train, have fun, make friends, and ‘love the journey’.
